Lee Peterson is the Founder and CEO of Learning Karma, where she helps leaders build the trust, communication, alignment, and accountability needed for teams to perform at their best. With more than 25 years of global leadership-development experience, Lee knows that performance rarely stalls because of a lack of talent. More often, leaders and teams need help working together effectively.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, ICF Coach, and Applied Positive Psychology Coach, Lee combines evidence-based tools with practical, candid coaching. She helps leaders gain clarity, navigate challenges, strengthen collaboration, and lead with greater confidence and impact.
